EASY INSTALLATION: Install on Wood: 1. Determine the installation location for the hook. 2. Pre-drill a hole in the wooden beam using a drill bit smaller than 0.1" with a depth of 1.2 inches. 3. Attach the screw to the bottom of the hook, then screw it into the pre-drilled hole.

Install on Concrete (Use with expansion tube): 1. Familiarize yourself with how to use the expansion bolt. 2. Identify the installation spot for the hook. 3. Drill a hole in the ceiling with a 6mm drill bit, insert the expansion tube, and then screw the hook with screws into the tube.

Install on Drywall: 1. Learn how to use the Toggle Wing. 2. Decide where to place the hook. 3. Use a 15mm drill bit to create a hole in the ceiling, insert the Toggle Wing and long bolt, tighten the Toggle Wing with fingers, then attach the hook to the bolt and rotate it clockwise to secure.
